INTRODUCTION
In this document, we use DEUK STUDIO to refer to all Apps & Services offered by DEUK STUDIO, including Scanner with QRCode, Printer Smart Scanner and our other apps available on the iOS App Store, Google Play Store, and Huawei App Gallery.

However, we do not collect, store, or use the content of your camera roll. All scanned documents are stored locally on your device and are inaccessible to us or any third party. Only you can share these documents by exporting them through the App.
Contact Information: When you contact us via email or a support form, we collect information such as your name, email address, and any other content you provide. We store and process this information using our cloud storage provider (e.g., Amazon Web Services). This information is used to respond to your inquiries, fulfill your requests, and provide the services you need.
Information That Is Processed Automatically
Certain information about your device and user behavior is processed automatically when you use our App. This information is generally non-personal and does not directly identify any individual. We access this data in aggregated form based on our legitimate interest in improving the App and providing the best user experience. If we do not access such data, we may not be able to offer all App features.
We utilize third-party automatic data processing technologies (such as analytics or advertising tools) to analyze specific information sent by your device. Some of these tools perform automated processing of your personal data, including profiling, which involves evaluating personal aspects to analyze or predict preferences, interests, behavior, location, or movements (details below). Automatic processing begins when you first launch the App.
Device Details: When you access the App from a mobile device (e.g., phone, tablet, smartwatch), certain details are reported, including “device identifiers.” These identifiers uniquely identify your device but not you personally.
